I like to make a lot of my own household cleaners. I make my own all-purpose cleaner, my own stain spray, my own floor cleaner, my own deodorant, and my own laundry detergent. I used to just keep the recipes bookmarked on my computer, until I came up with this bright idea:
Write the recipe on a card and tape it to the bottle. You would not believe what a time saver this has proven to be! For added durability, I place some clear contact paper over the recipe. This idea certainly Works for Me!for more great tips, visit We are THAT Family each Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteI like to make homemade cleaners too, and I also think this idea would help when you are tweaking your recipe, to see what you like and don't like, such as the smell or how it works. That way when you are trying it out for a few weeks, you don't forget what you put in there.
