I want to say "Cars", but why would the trailer be detached? But it really does look like "Yo Yo DJ, we got ourselves a nodder!" is about to happen.
That orange car definitely looks like Snotrod, so yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say "Cars" for sure.
Those who guessed "Cars" got it right! I don't know why the trailer was detached, so I'm chalking it up to an artistic interpretation.
